GENERAL: YOU CAN HAND EVERYTHING OVER TO US
FIJA Properties manages building and renovation projects - both minor
and major home, office, retail outlet, restaurant and other renovations
to building projects from the ground up. We uniquely offer a comprehensive
range of services within Zimbabwe - we will manage and co-ordinate your
project from its inception to completion and our services cover all
aspects of building, decorating, landscaping and general management.
SERVICES: IF IT CAN BE DONE WE WILL FIND A WAY TO DO IT
- Consulting and arranging for plans to be drawn up, approved by City
Council and implemented.
- If a change in property usage is required as a result of your renovation
we will handle this process on your behalf.
- Carrying out all necessary building alterations and additions, including
the supply of labour, materials, transport and sourcing at the best
- Where necessary we will recommend the right sub contractors for areas
such as plumbing, electrical, tiling, roofing, guttering, walling, paving,
painting, flooring, carpentry office fittings and all furnishings, including
soft furnishings and upholstery. We will then manage these sub contractors
and ensure that the project runs smoothly and delays and costs are kept
to a minimum.
- In addition to managing the renovation of both exteriors and interiors,
we also consult where necessary, offering suggestions in both interior
design and interior decorating. Our experience with renovating existing
structures means that we can offer sound advice with regard to utilising
existing spaces to their best potential and we keep abreast of current
decorating and refurbishing trends.
-We will recommend and source items such as tiling and sanitary ware,
ironwork, lighting, kitchen fittings and other sundry fittings and arrange
to have these delivered and installed on site to your specifications.
We will consult with you and then liaise closely with suppliers to ensure
that your needs are met.
- We will carrying out landscaping requirements - from small garden
touch ups to larger scale development, including water features, courtyards
and outside entertainment and leisure facilities.
- We will arrange the installation of boreholes, pressure tanks and
holding tanks and stands if this should be required.
- We will arrange for the supply and installation of generators.
- If required we will arrange installation of internet facilities, phone
connections, internal sound systems, security systems, electric gates
- We will manage any on-site staff that you may need looked after -
arranging payment of monthly wages, taxes etc.
- We will ensure that, whenever possible, deadlines are met and no delays
are ever incurred through lack of materials or labour on site, whether
it be with our own building teams or a sub-contractor's.
- We allocate a specific building team and project manager to each project
and ensure that supervision is regular and consistent, in accordance
with the size of the project in question.
- In short, we will handle any aspect of your project that is required
and will adapt to suit your needs.
